text: May. Tyre? With the agreement of his wife and his son Anfredus, Anfridus [de Torone], makes an eleemosynary grant to the leprosary of St Lazarus. He gives it a rent of 30 besants, to be paid from the returns, which are commonly called cavages, of his villani in the casale of Turron. The rent will be paid annually on the Feast of St Hilary. Humphrey has his gift authenticated with the seal of Petrus Tirensis ecclesie archiepiscopus, who threatens with excommunication anyone who violates this donation.
