With the agreement of Count Raymond III of Tripoli, Raimundus de Tribus Clavibus confirms the sale of the terra galifa and Aieslo made by his mother to the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by frater Erchenbaldus Hospitalis preceptor and frater Ermanus Crati castellanus. In return, preceptor Erchenbaldus and the brothers of the Hospital in chapter give Raimundus the 2 casalia of Fauda et Sumessa, for which he will owe servicium to the Hospital according to the customs of the land of Tripoli, together with a gastina called Corcois and the dominium previously held by the Hospital over a terre carucata libera, franca in the same gastina, which Johannes de Fabbrica and his heirs ought to hold. The Hospitallers also give Raimundus for life 5 modii of wheat and 5 modii of barley cum parvo marcibano arearum, and 40 jarrae of wine, which the Hospital had as an eleemosynary gift in the casale of Fauda. Raimundus and his men [homines] become liegemen [ligii] of the Hospital. At the request of the Hospital and Raimundus, Count Raymond of Tripoli confirms under seal the agreement they have made. text: Probably Mar. 18 - Apr. 8. Lateran. Pope Innocent III writes to the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. A case has been heard in Rome relating to complaints brought by Seguinus prior sancti Michaelis and Aimericus canonicus Tripolitanus, emissaries of the church of Tripoli. Pope Celestine III had written to the patriarch of Jerusalem, ordering the archbishop of Nazareth and the abbas of the Mt of Olives to put the Hospitallers in possession of church of Nephin, its tithes and 3 casalia. Innocent reverses that judgement in favour of the church of Tripoli. He has ordered the archbishop of Tyre and the bishop of Sidon to execute his judgement.

Patriarch Gerold of Jerusalem, the papal legate, records under seal an agreement reached in his presence between the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and Bohemond, princeps Antiochenus et comes Tripolitanus. The Hospital of St John surrenders all gifts and freedoms granted to it by Prince Raymond Roupen in the city of Antioch and its lordship, except for the city of Gabulum and castrum Vetule. It renounces its rights to all privileges granted by Raymond Roupen and all its claims against Bohemond. In return, Prince Bohemond gives the Hospital of St John an annual rent of 316 besants of Tripoli [bisantii Tripolitani], to be drawn on the revenues of Tripoli, together with an eleemosynary grant of an annual rent of 873 besants of Antioch [bisantii Antiocheni], to be drawn on the revenues of the city of Antioch. He renounces all his disputes with the Hospital of St John.
