At the request of Hugo de Hybelino, Baldwin, per gratiam dei in sancta Iherusalem Latinorum rex quartus confirms under seal the sale made to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre by Hugo of 2 casalia called Deirmusim and Huetdebes, which had been surrendered to him by Muisse Arrabit and his son Georgius, with the consent of the the comes Ascalonitanus, to whose feodum they belonged. The casalia, together with their villani, were sold for 3000 besants and were freed from all servitium dominium. Witnesses: Letardus archiepiscopus Nazarenus; Ricardus Andriensis episcopus; Arnulfus canonicus Nazarenus; Philippus domni regis capellanus; Stephanus regię cancellarię secretarius; Radulfus Anglicus Nazareni archiepiscopi clericus; of the barones and homines of the king, Amalricus comes Ascalonitanus; Henfredus de Torono constabularius; Guido Francigena; Guillelmus marescalcus; Abraham vicecomes Nazarenus; Otto de Risberge; Guido de Maneriis; Arbertus de Retesth; Godescalcus; Petrus foresterius.
