Fulk, per dei gratiam rex Latinorum tercius Iherusalem, together with his wife Queen Melisende and his son Balduinus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant, giving the Holy Sepulchre, Petrus prior and all the community there the following houses within the walls of the city of Jerusalem: the houses of Petrus Bernardi canonicus, Eurardus canonicus, alterius Eurardus canonicus, Mainardus, Garsio, Galterius Lo Tornaor /Lentornior, Bernardus Bursarius, Herluinus, Mabilia, and Rogerius, a confrater of the canons; the statio of Wilelmus Bastardus; that share that the same Guillelmus had in the tables of the money changers [in mensis nummulariorum]. Witnesses: Guillelmus Iherusalem patriarcha; Robertus Nazareth electus; Gaufridus abbas Templi; Guillelmus de Buris; Rainerus Bruns; Barisanus; Balduinus Ramensis; Roardus Iherusalem vicecomes; Bernardus Uacers; Anselmus de Bria; Geruasius Burgundiensis; Vlricus Neapolis vicecomes; Iohannes camerarius; Mainardus de Portu; Nichola.
