Patriarch Albert of Jerusalem, the papal legate, rules on a dispute between Helyas, son of the late Paganus Pictaviensis, and Girardus, preceptor hospitalis Theutonicorum, over a house, situated within an enclosed group of houses of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans, which Helyas claims was his own. Accepting 25 besants from the [preceptor] Helyas renounces his claims. Witnesses: Iohannes de Ybelino baiulus regni Ierosolimitani; Radulfus de Tyberiade eiusdem regni senescalcus; comes Bertoldus Theutonicus; Andreas de Vituli vicecomes venatorum; Henricus Alamannus; Michael de Ierusalem.
