He confirms whatever belongs to the abbey and its monks, on condition that any property held by one of his knights should remain in that knight’s possession until his death, after which it will revert to the abbey. Capreolus gave 200 librae of fish each year and 100 mecuchia of salt and a casale called Sanctus Paulus and 2 aratra of land in a casale called Oschi. Rotbertus de Lanat gave a casale called Anadi ... Bonabulus gave another casale called….. Roger [of Salerno] gave an annual rent of 500 eels and confirms the gift of a casale close to [apud] Gibellum made by the wife of his uncle Tancred. Roger also gives land next to the city of Gibellum, the boundaries of which have been drawn by him, and a house in the city in which brothers can stay when they visit.

Pons, comes Tripolitanus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to St Mary of the Latins of Jerusalem, confirming the gift made by Raymond [of St Gilles] of a bafumaria near Tripoli. The terms are now modified. Pons is given usufruct of the bafumaria by Raimundus abbas of St Mary in return for an annual rent of 20 besants, which is payable in those years in which use is made of the bafumeria. Witnesses: Rogerius constabularius; P. de Podio Laurentii; Raimundus Pandulfi; Bertrandus vicecomes; Pons, comes; Johannes scriptor presbiter, who wrote the charter.
