Fulk, dei gratia tercius rex Latinorum Iherusalem nec non et rector ac bajulus Antiocheni principatus filiᶒque Boamundi iunioris, confirms and seals the eleemosynary grant made by Osmun-dus de Monte Garou, canon of St Peter [of Antioch] to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre. Osmundus gave them a house, with a bordellus adjacent, situated next to the Bath House of Tancred. Witnesses: The barones Rainaldus Masuerius constabularius; Leo dux Maopoli; Wido de Merlon/Merlou; Thomas vicecomes; Godofredus filius Renbauth. The charter is written by Franco cancellarius.

Fulk, per dei gratiam tercius rex Iherosolimorum, with the consent of Queen Melisende and his son Balduinus, confirms an eleemosynary grant made at Nablus by Lambertus Alsus, to benefit among others the soul of his wife Agnes. In the presence of Patriarch William, King Fulk and Queen Melisende Lambertus gave Petrus prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre 2 carrucatae agri in the casale of Mimas.
