text: Dec 25 1131 – Sept. 23 1132. Wilelmus de Buris, with the consent of Fulk, rex Francorum tertius, and of his nephews Radulfus de Ysis et Symon, makes an eleemosynary grant to the church of the Holy Sepulchre. He gives 2 casalia called Gebul and Helkar. Their lands stretch longitudinally from the mountains through the plain to the Jordan and latitudinally from the boundary between the lordship of Bethsan and and the territory of Tiberias to a cava, which is next to a casale called Huxenia, and extends in a straight line to the aforesaid mountain and river. He also gives the canons of the Holy Sepulchre the use of all his fisheries [piscariae] for 8 days each year. They may take any week in the period from Septuagesima to Easter, but if on any of those days the Sea [of Galilee] is turbulent they may choose another day to fish. He also gives them all the labour services [tota angaria et auxilium] of his own fisherman for one day a year. And he gives them the right to have a boat [navis] on the Sea of Galillee. King Fulk confirms this gift with his seal.
