Patriarch Albert of Jerusalem, the papal legate, rules on a dispute between Helyas, son of the late Paganus Pictaviensis, and Girardus, preceptor hospitalis Theutonicorum, over a house, situated within an enclosed group of houses of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans, which Helyas claims was his own. Accepting 25 besants from the [preceptor] Helyas renounces his claims. Witnesses: Iohannes de Ybelino baiulus regni Ierosolimitani; Radulfus de Tyberiade eiusdem regni senescalcus; comes Bertoldus Theutonicus; Andreas de Vituli vicecomes venatorum; Henricus Alamannus; Michael de Ierusalem.

Rejecting a decision by the High Court [la haute cort], which after hearing a case between the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans and the princece Aalis [of Armenia] had decided in favour of the latter, the emperor Frederick forbids the seigneor de Seete, mesire Balean, the baill dou empereor, to invest Aalis with the seignorie dou Thoron.
