Radulfus de Fontanellis, with the agreement of his wife, his son-in-law Gaufridus de Parenti, his daughter the wife of Gaufridus and his other relations [amici] gives Gaufridus Acu, who has served him well [ac familiariter], a vineyard adjoining that of the patriarch, on the left side of the road that leads to Bethlehem, not far from Jerusalem. The vineyard is to be held by hereditary right, freed from all services. Witnesses: Anschetinus vicecomes; Rainaldus de Ponto; Bonet de Tolosa; Porcellus; Gerardus Bocherius; Soherius de Baruth; Petrus Provintialis; Bachelerius and many others.
