Euremar Caesariensis archiepiscopus makes an eleemosynary grant, giving St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat a cemetery in the church that was once called Mahumeria, next to the city of Sidon. The monks can bury in the cemetery those who attend the church and also whomsoever they wish. He gives St Mary the tithe of the viridarium which is next to the church. He confirms all St Mary’s possessions in the territory of Sidon. Witnesses: Renerius frater meus; Haymo levita, Philippus ecclesiae Sydonis sacerdos et canonicus; Arnaldus Dominici Templi canonicus, who wrote the charter.

For the honour and utility of his church and of its canons in eadem Deo militantium, Evremarius Cesareę Palestinę archiepiscopus, gives under his seal the brothers of the church of the Holy Sepulchre the tithes of a casale called Deffeisse/Deffiesse, in order that these may benefit the Holy Sepulchre’s alms-giving with respect to the feeding and refreshment of the poor.
