text: Feb. Pons, dei gratia comes Tripolitanus, makes an eleemosynary grant to the church of St Mark [of Venice]. He gives a house with its chambers within and without in Tripoli, near the port. The house, which was once called Darus, is bordered on one side by the house of Bertrandus de Rocca Maura, on another by the house of Pontius de Pipinea, on a third side by the platea and on the fourth by a vicus. Signatories: Pontius Tripolitanus comes; Rogerius conestabularius; Petrus de Podio Laurentii; Raymundus dapifer.
