Constantius, Sancte Quarantenae servus, and Willelmus state that they had asked Eustachius Granerius and his wife to return land inhabited by some resident peasants [habitatores] of Sanctissima Quarantena. Eustachius and his wife agreed and through the offices of Patriarch Arnulf returned the land, together with a mill for which the monks of Sancta Quarantena could make use of water once a fortnight. Witnesses: domnus Arnulfus patriarcha; Anselmus de Turre; Hugo de Nellis; Ardonetus; Azo de Drouino; Aimericus de Fraisna; Aaluns de Belram; Arnulfus vicecomes Jherico.
