text: Feb. 11. Lateran. The Prince-count of Antioch-Tripoli has appealed on legal grounds for a renewal of his case against the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem over the castle of Maraclea. This was first arbitrated by the Valaniensis episcopus and then delegated by the papacy to the archbishop of Tyre, bishop-elect of Sidon and the archidiaconus Sydoniensis. The pope now orders the patriarch of Jerusalem, the archbishop of Tyre and the bishop of Beirut to terminate the case.
