Pope Honorius II, at the request of Guillelmus Tirensis archiepiscopus and Rogerius Ramensis episcopus, who have reminded him of the achievement of Duke Godfrey [of Bouillon] and King Baldwin I, extends the same recognition of the kingship of Baldwin II that his predecessor Pope Paschal II accorded to King Baldwin I and to the church of Jerusalem.
