Melisende, dei gratia Ierosolimorum regina, with the agreement of her son Baldwin rex Jerusalem, records that she has made a sealed eleemosynary grant, exchanging property with Raimundus Hospitalis pauperum Christi provisor. The Hospital of St John of Jerusalem has made over to her a bath house in the vicus of St Leonard in Acre. Melisende also adds to the exchange land [terra] on the right side of the road that runs from Acre to Casale Album, belonging to the camerarius. The other three sides of the land are bounded by Casale Album, Disderum and the property of Suriani.
