With the agreement of his wife domina Isabella regis Amalrici filia, Henricus Trecensis comes palatinus makes a sealed grant to Galterius Alemanus, giving him the right throughout the land over which Henricus has acquired lordship to buy and sell goods without the payment of dues [ius et consuetudo]. Witnesses: Hugo Tyberiadensis; Raginaldus Sydoniensis; Radulfus Tyberiadensis regni senescalcus; Galterius Caesariensis; Galterius de Bethan; Terricus de Tenero Monte; Terricus de Mea; Adam Coste. The charter was drawn up by dominus Ioscius Tyrensis archiepiscopus regni cancellarius.
