He remits the payment of all tithes owed in his diocese to him and his cathedral, the church of the Holy Cross. In return the brothers of the Hospital renounce a dispute they had with the church of the Holy Cross because the chief northern door of the church had been built over a house belonging to them. The charter was drawn up [muneris auctor] by Johannes and is confirmed by the bishop Johannes. Witnesses: Gualterius canonicus; Joannes Romanus frater ecclesiae S.
