He gives an annual rent of 50 litrae of wine, drawn in equal measures from 2 vineyards, one on a piece of land in one of his vineyards and the other at Terra Blanca. He adds another 25 litrae of wine, to be drawn from a vineyard above the land of Chanteperdiz, held by the baronus Guillelmus/Willelmus Magnus, who, together with Robertus Evronis, ought to give the rent to the lepers. Because Adam Magnus has no seal, he has his charter sealed by the canons of the Holy Sepulchre.
