Pope Honorius III informs Cardinal Pelagius of Albano, the papal legate, the Knights Templar, the Hospitallers of St John, the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans and the archbishop of Bordeaux that the emperor Frederick has promised to cross to the East in the following March passagium and that further men and money, including a force led by the marquis of Montferrat, are expected.
