text: Jan. 23. Lateran. Pope Honorius III forbids the barones, milites and populus in the Latin East to give any assistance to the excommunicated count of Tripoli, especially in relation to his actions against the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. He has ordered the bishops of Tortosa [Antaradensis episcopus] and Valenia and the cantor Valaniensis to enforce this command.
