Guy [de Lysanan rex nobilis Ierosolimis] and Queen Sibylla his wife record under seal that they have pledged a casella, in the territory of Jerusalem near the royal road [via regale] that leaves Ramelie, to the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans, represented by frater Seuerinus hospitalarius, for 111 silver marcae. If they cannot redeem the pledge within a year and a day, the casella with all its rustici will pass absolutely into the possession of St Mary and will be treated as an eleemosynary grant. Witnesses: Euraclius patriarcha Ierosolimis; domnus Renaldus princeps Antiochie; domnus G. de Arsuro; domnus Gerhardus de Hatefort; domnus Iohannes Polenus; domnus Guido de Gibelet; domnus Pluuianus domnus de Boteron; Helias de Nasareth; Heinmardus de Mongisardo; Iozelin de Samosac; Galtherus Ardel; and many others.
