text: Febr. 19. Tyre. A dispute has arisen between the rustici of the royal casale called Thaerisibena and the rustici of the casale of Bethfella in the territory of Tyre, which belongs to St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat. The king’s rustici claim land with an olive grove [olivetum] that is a dependency of Bethfella. Baldwin, per dei gratiam in sancta Ierusalem Latinorum rex quartus, and his mother Melisende, eadem gratia eorundem regina, in a sealed judgement state that Guido abbas of St Mary and his monks should have the land and olive grove, together with a garden and other property which they own as part of the Casale Huberti de Pazi. Witnesses: Fulcherius sanctᶒ Ierosolimitanᶒ ᶒcclesiᶒ electus; Bernardus, Sydoniensis episcopus; Benedictus Torpeiensis episcopus; Petrus Dominici Sepulchri prior; Aimericus eiusdem canonicus; Godefridus eiusdem thesaurarius; Johannes Tyrensis archidiaconus; Ernesius patriarchᶒ cancellarius; of the monks of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat, Paganus subprior; Petrus Gombaldi; of the barones, Manasses constabularius; Robertus Crispini pincerna; Orricus Neapolis vicecomes; Sado marescalcus; Bernardus Uacherius; Geraldus Passerellus and many others.
