He specifies the following: the gift by Godfrey [dux frater meus] of a casale called Hessilia and two ovens in Jerusalem; Baldwin’s own gifts – the 2 casalia of Bethafaua and Montana; lands and houses in Jerusalem; the garden of Anfredus presbiter; a rich villanus living in Nablus and houses and a mill in the same town; a good oven in Jaffa; lands and houses in Jaffa and Acre; a casale called Sussia given by Gauterius Baffumeth; a casale called Bethamis/Bethtamis given by the viscount; another in the territory of Ascalon called Casale Melius given by Ugo de Puzath; a casale next to a mill in the territory of Azotum given by Anselmus de Turre Dauid; a casale in the territory of Caesarea given by Eustachius and also lands given by Eustachius near Cacco, and villani given on his advice by his milites; a casale in terra de Soeth called Dirberham given by Petrus de Lens; another called Capharmazre given by Arnulfus Loferencus; villani and lands given by Ugo and Geruasius in Tiberias; 3 villani given by the bishop of Nazareth; single villani given by Willelmus de Tenches, Paganus Uacca, Drogo, Dominicus and Guibertus de Salinas; another villanus given by Paganus de Cayphas, with lands and houses in Haifa and Capharnaum; another villanus given by Romanus de Podio; another villanus given by Balduinus with lands and houses in the city of Rames; and lands and houses given by the episcopus Ramatensis in Sanctus Georgius [Lydda]; 2 villani, one in Hebron the other in Iericho, given by Gaudemar Carpinel with everything belonging to them; a third given by Hugo in Bethan; a fourth given by Bouus in Rama/Roma; and a fifth given by Azio de Cirsed.
