[234] With the agreement of his son Raimundus and his wife Sibilla principissa, Bohemond, Dei gratia princeps Antiochie, the son of Prince Raymond, confirms under seal the sale of a hereditas with its rights specified in a charter to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by frater Aldebertus preceptor domus Hospitalis Antiochie, by his homines, called Theodorus and Theodorus. The church of S. Theodorus is part of the hereditas. Bohemond adds the gift to the Hospitaller commandery [domus] of Antioch of a rua, which is in his domain [dominium] and extends from the front of the commandery, near the house of dominus Petrus … as far as the rua that goes to the fons del Naquaire. Witnesses: Gervasius de Sermania senescalcus Antiochie; Oliverius camerarius; Joannes frater ejus; Petrus de Asart; Petrus de Logiis; Richerius de Arminat; Bartholomeus marescalcus; Radulfus de la Rivera castellanus Antiochie; Willelmus de S. text: Sept. 1-23. [247] Bohemond, Dei gratia princeps Antiochenus, the son of Prince Raymond, records under seal that he becomes a confrater of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. If after his death his body is not buried in the [cathedral] church of St Peter in Antioch he wishes it to be buried in the Hospitaller commandery [domus]. He leaves the Order his armour [lorica, galea, caligae ferreae, gladius, scutum, lancea) his better horse, the mule that bears his saddle [sella], the mule that bears his lorica and all his pack animals [summerii]. In recognition of his confraternity he gives the Hospital an annual rent of 500 eels.
