Guy, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Ierusalem Latinorum rex VIIIus, his wife the Lady Queen Sibylla make a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans, represented by magister Sibrandus, who founded this hospital during the siege of Acre. They give a house in Acre which had been a hospice for Armenians and patrones, [230] out of which can be established a hospital. If the gift of the house proves to be impossible, Guy and Sibylla will give the platea next door, where a hospital can be built. They also give 4 carrucate terre in the territory of Acre. Witnesses: Comes Ioscelinus regis senescalcus; Anzellinus regis constabularius; Henfridus Montis Regalis; Hugo Tyberiadis; Rainaldus Sydonis; Gaufridus Tortus. The charter was drawn up by Petrus regius cancellarius et Tripolitane ecclesie archidiaconus.

text: April. 1-30. Nicosia. At the request of Vuillelmus vicecomes and his wife, Katherina, the daughter of the vicecomitissa Nephyni, and with the consent of his chapter, E. Nicosiensis archiepiscopus establishes under seal a [chantry] priest at Nicia. Vuillelmus and his wife promise that they and their heirs will provide 50 modii of wheat, 50 modii of barley and 5 modii of vegetables each August. And they assign to the capellanus a garden in the casale and a house with a curia as living quarters. The archbishop adds a further annual rent of 30 modii of wheat, 30 modii of barley and 100 white besants [bisancii albi]. Vuillelmus and his wife will persuade the queen to seal this agreement as well.
