With the consent of his sons Boemund and Henri and all his heirs, Bohemond, per la grace de Deu prince d’Antioche et conte de Triple, makes a sealed grant to frere Gerin maistre de la sainte mayzon del Hospital de saint Johan de Jerusalem and to the brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. He gives annual rent [en assize] of 316 besants of Tripoli [bisanz Tripolit.], to be drawn on the revenues of Tripoli in return for the brothers’ surrender of rights. The rent will be paid in quarterly instalments of 79 besants, assigned on the fonde de Triple, or the bocherie, or the savonerie, or the tanarie, or on all his other revenues in the city of Tripoli or outside.
