text: Oct. 17. Garinus Montis Thabor abbas, with the agreement of domnus Letardus Nazarenus archiepiscopus, of prior Lancelinus and all the chapter of Mt Tabor, comes to an agreement with Petrus dominice Resurrectionis ecclesie prior and his convent. Because of its distance from the abbey and the costs associated with it, Garinus surrenders to the Holy Sepulchre the church at casale Sancti Egidii, together with the offerings made to it and its parochial rights, and half its tithes and of those of two other casalia, called Turbasym and Dere, which Mt Tabor had been given by Patriarch William of Jerusalem for an annual rent [censualis] of 1 rota of wax. Petrus and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre purchase the vineyards, houses, buildings and moveables in the casale from Garinus for 2000 besants and they promise to provide Mt Tabor with 3 rotae of incense and 1 rota of wax each year on the Feast of the Transfiguration.
