He gives a mill outside the walls of Antioch, situated on the river fer, below the patriarch’s mill, which he had bought and repaired. The mill has 3 millstones [peires] and the Hospital of St Mary of Germans has licence to install a fourth. The mill’s dependencies include a fishery [pescherie]. Bohemond adds the gift of a vineyard, which he had planted near the mill, and the winepress [pressoir] in it.
